Agency - Company : Tuis Travel is a service provided by Tuis Exclusive Travel Agency. (License No: 12075)
The website providing online reservation-based services and the company shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Service Provider”. The person whose name appears in the online reservation, together with the other passengers represented within the same reservation, shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Customer”.
2- Subject
This agreement is made between the “Service Provider” and the “Customer”. The transfer service provided by the “Service Provider” is purchased through a reservation record, and the service details are specified on the relevant pages of the website.
3- Duration of the Agreement
This agreement enters into force once the reservation is confirmed by the “Service Provider” and ends upon completion of the transfer service at the date and time specified in the reservation.
4- Payment and Invoice
If the cash payment option is selected during reservation, the “Customer” is obliged to pay the service fee at the time of the transfer. If an invoice is requested in the Notes section of the reservation form, it will be sent electronically.
5- Cancellation, Modification and Refund Policy
If the “Customer” cancels more than 24 hours before the service, the full payment will be refunded.
If the “Customer” cancels between 12-24 hours before the service, 75% of the service fee will be refunded.
If the “Customer” cancels between 1-12 hours before the service, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.
If the “Customer” cancels less than 1 hour before the service or does not use the service, no refund will be made. However, a 50% discount will be applied for a one-way transfer in the next booking. To benefit from this discount, the Customer must mention the previous cancellation in the Notes section of the new reservation.
6- General Provisions
In cases that may prevent the service from being provided (traffic accident, heavy traffic, mechanical failure, adverse weather conditions, security measures, etc.), the Service Provider will attempt to assign an alternative vehicle and inform the Customer. If a vehicle cannot be provided, the full payment will be refunded and a 50% discount will be applied to the next one-way transfer.
All passengers are insured during the transfer service, and in case of an accident or injury, medical expenses are covered within the limits of the insurance policy.
7- Enforcement
This agreement consists of 7 articles. In case of disputes, the provisions of the Turkish Highway Transport Law No. 4925 shall apply, and Fethiye Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
The “Customer” declares that they have read and accepted this agreement on behalf of themselves and/or other passengers listed in the reservation. This declaration remains valid even if the reservation is made by a third party.
The “Customer” declares that the information provided in the reservation form is accurate and that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement.

This Email Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between Tuis Travel is a service provided by Tuis Exclusive Travel Agency. (License No: 12075) (“Company”), the owner and operator of the website www.tuisturizm.com.tr, and the user (“Subscriber”) who subscribes to the email newsletter via the website.
2. Subject
This Agreement regulates the terms regarding the sending of campaigns, announcements, informational and promotional content via email by the Company after the Subscriber registers for the email newsletter through the website www.tuisturizm.com.tr.
3. Subscription Service
The Subscriber registers to the newsletter list by entering their email address in the relevant subscription field. Within the scope of the subscription, the Subscriber may receive information about:
- Announcements about transfer services
- Information about tours and travel activities
- Campaigns related to car rental services
- Promotions, discounts and special offers
- Company activities and service updates
The Company reserves the right to change the frequency and scope of the content sent.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
The Subscriber has the right to unsubscribe at any time. The subscription can be cancelled via the unsubscribe link included in the emails or through the website.
5. Protection of Personal Data
The email address and related information provided by the Subscriber are processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The email address will only be used for the following purposes:
- Sending newsletters
- Campaign and informational emails
- Service updates
The Company does not share, sell or transfer the Subscriber’s personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Responsibility
The Subscriber accepts that the email address provided during subscription is accurate and belongs to them. Any responsibility arising from incorrect or third-party email addresses belongs to the Subscriber.
7. Right to Amend
The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement when necessary. The updated Agreement becomes effective from the date it is published on the website.
8. Enforcement
This Agreement shall be deemed accepted electronically and enters into force once the Subscriber completes the email subscription.

(License No: 12075) (“Company”), the owner and operator of the website www.tuisturizm.com.tr, and the user (“Subscriber”) who registers for SMS notification services via the website.
2. Subject
This Agreement regulates the terms regarding the sending of campaign, announcement, informational and service messages via SMS by the Company after the Subscriber registers for SMS notifications by sharing their mobile phone number.
3. SMS Subscription Service
The Subscriber registers for the SMS notification service by entering their mobile phone number in the relevant subscription field on the website or by ticking the relevant consent box.
Within the scope of the SMS subscription, the Subscriber may receive messages about:
- Information about transfer services
- Announcements about tours and travel activities
- Campaigns and offers related to car rental services
- Reservation notifications
- Promotions, discounts and special offers
- Service updates and announcements
The Company reserves the right to change the frequency and content of the messages sent.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
The Subscriber has the right to unsubscribe at any time. The subscription can be cancelled via the website or by using the methods specified in the messages sent. Once cancelled, promotional and informational SMS messages will no longer be sent.

The mobile phone number and related information provided by the Subscriber are processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The mobile phone number will only be used for the following purposes:
