An open market is held in the town every Friday. Local coffee houses, cafes and tiny restaurants in the main square are very cute places to mingle with the locals. The city walls in the Cyclops style, underground cisterns, theatre, jogging track, Turkish bath, tombs and its high location, which partially overlook Fethiye Bay, make the city even more worth seeing.
